As a part of a $715 million redevelopment of the existing Fannie Mae campus, Phase 2 of City Ridge consists of 6 buildings serving both retail and residential communities. Featuring over 17,720 SF of intensive green roof, over 22,100 perennials, shrubs, and trees, porcelain (1,790 SF) and Ipe pavers on pavers (770 SF), permanent irrigation, and over 120 decorative custom pots, these iconic roof spaces have transformed the urban environment.
