Located along New York Avenue in northeast DC, this green roof sits above the city’s newest Target. With an aggressive timeline to open the store, Furbish, Simpson, and LF Jennings delivered the project early after a late construction and unseen project logistical hurdles. This EcoCline 2+2 green roof is installed with pre-grown sedum tiles.
