Martin Luther King Jr. Library
The MLK Library underwent a full renovation which was completed in 2019 and features Furbish's EcoCline 2+2 green roof system on the upper roof, and custom made metal planters on the below terrace. Installed by HRGM Corp, Furbish provided all green roof materials and assisted with the installation. The lower terrace is accessible to the general public and provides a natural break from our daily built environment. The custom metal planters have fixed wooden benches along the sides and are planted with a wide variety of native perennials and shrubs.
