Port Covington or "Baltimore Peninusla' is a 235 acre, seven building development, bringing more than 1.1 million SF of new office, retail, and housing to South Baltimore. Building E7 includes a shallow EcoCline 2+2 green roof system and 24,165 SF of concrete pavers on pedestals, including an amenity terrace overlooking Sagamore Distillery.
