River Point
The redevelopment of the former USCG HQ on the very exposed southern tip of Buzzard Point in SW DC. The owner was obliged to incorporate a significant solar array on the project, and compliance with stormwater regulations meant the entire penthouse needed to be a green roof. Furbish was able to integrate our EcoCline 6+2 with 446 panels to produce 140kW of solar potential on a very complicated and broken up rooftop, without a single mechanical connection to the roof structure.
