The Rotunda
Located in north Baltimore City, this high end residential apartment building is part of the redesign and revitalization of the historic Roland Park neighborhood. This courtyard green roof presented many challenges which included the installation of 26 trees, over 3,000 shrubs and perennials, and an detailed permanent irrigation system. Furbish leveraged its expertise to creatively handle and move material on a logistically tough site.
